Getting started
You can start by ordering a single pack of 30 sachets, or even better, order a cost-saving twin pack (cheaper than ordering two single packs) that comes with a free shaker. It is however advisable to register for a regular monthly delivery of either one or two packs per month as, for instance, the signs of menopause usually take between a few weeks and a couple of months to subside, depending on the severity of your symptoms.

Recommendations
For general use, take one sachet of Nutri5^® a day. If you are taking the product to alleviate severe menopausal symptoms, you may want to take two sachets per day until symptoms improve.

Usage:
One strawberry-flavoured Nutri5^® shake per day provides 50mg soy isoflavones (171 calories). Add contents of one sachet to 275–300ml cold water, cover, and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
